Technique
FastViewer works everywhere without any installation or setup.
FastViewer works behind firewalls and proxyservers, if both sides are able to get an internet connection

How is works
Start the Mastermodul of FastViewer and provide your partner the free Customermodul.
Tell your partner the five digit sessionnumber. He should keyin this number and click on Connect. Thats it!
Now you can see and control the screen of your customer.
